By purchasing products from SPEK KITA, customers agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General

SPEK KITA reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Information

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate. However, slight differences in color, design, or specifications may occur.

3. Prescription Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate prescription information. SPEK KITA will not be responsible for issues caused by incorrect prescriptions provided by customers.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Full payment must be made before orders are processed.

5. Order Processing

Orders for prescription glasses may require additional preparation time depending on lens type and customization.

6. Warranty

Warranty coverage (if applicable) only covers manufacturing defects and does not include:

• Accidental damage
• Scratches
• Improper handling
• Normal wear and tear

7. Limitation of Liability

SPEK KITA shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, images, and content associated with SPEK KITA remain the property of SPEK KITA and may not be reused without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
