By purchasing products from SPEK KITA, customers agree to the following Terms & Conditions.<\/p>

SPEK KITA reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.<\/p>

2. Product Information<\/h2>

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate. However, slight differences in color, design, or specifications may occur.<\/p>

3. Prescription Responsibility<\/h2>

Customers are responsible for providing accurate prescription information. SPEK KITA will not be responsible for issues caused by incorrect prescriptions provided by customers.<\/p>

4. Pricing & Payment<\/h2>

All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Full payment must be made before orders are processed.<\/p>

5. Order Processing<\/h2>

Orders for prescription glasses may require additional preparation time depending on lens type and customization.<\/p>

6. Warranty<\/h2>

Warranty coverage (if applicable) only covers manufacturing defects and does not include:<\/p>

  • Accidental damage<\/li>
  • Scratches<\/li>
  • Improper handling<\/li>
  • Normal wear and tear<\/li><\/ul>

    7. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>

    SPEK KITA shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.<\/p>

    8. Intellectual Property<\/h2>

    All branding, logos, images, and content associated with SPEK KITA remain the property of SPEK KITA and may not be reused without permission.<\/p>
